Refund or Cancellation Policy

2 Days Return Policy


If you would like to cancel your order before Its been dispatched from our fulfillment centre, please write to us at on whatsapp at +919819222382 with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.

If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team at whatsapp +919819222382and refuse to take delivery. We will be deducting to and fro shipping charges and a cancellation fee of Rs. 50.

Returns & Replacements:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery of product. For any used product or delay in raising request, we reserve the right to charge any fees that may be required for replacement of tags or disposing off a used product.


You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back in store credit or discount coupon. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly whatsapp us on +919819222382 along with reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order. 

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue store refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a Store Credit Vouchers or discount coupon which you can redeem on your next purchase. The decision on method of refund will be solely at our discretion.


Kindly note that if you Order in Bulk Quantity (More than 10 pcs) or Single Product, the decision to accept the return will be exclusively ours. To avoid mutual hardship and dissatisfaction we request you to order less quantity and be satisfied with the product before ordering in Bulk Quantity.


To return your product, we can either arrange a Reverse Pick-up or you can send your product to address given in Invoice of That’s Wow Store, Plot No 130, Shop C2, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai - 400104. In case we receive damaged product in return, it will be analysed by our team and relevant decision will be taken based on the truth behind the damaged return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a fragile or expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Goods need to be properly packed for shipping back. It's advisable to take a picture of product before shipping it back. Damages due to reverse shipping will have to be borne by you, so the packing needs to be proper and damage-proof. 

Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs. 50 and actual two way shipping charges will be applicable. 

Please note that the exchange and return policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India. In the unlikely event that a product requires a repair within the warranty period, please contact us on whatsapp +919819222382. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India.


Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of the value after deduction amount only.
